The unique location of the sunny hillsides of Volx allows us to grow a wide variety of fruit at the foot of the Alps. We carefully cultivate seasonal fruit, which we harvest by hand when ripe to ensure the best quality and flavour.

- Cherries: Picked in spring, from May to June, these are the first fruits of the season.
- Apricots, Peaches, Organic Plums: Harvested in summer, from June to September depending on the variety, they announce the start of summer.
- Figs: Harvested in summer and early autumn, from July to September.
- Grapes: Harvested from late summer through to autumn, from August to October.
- Persimmons: Picked in autumn, from October to November.
- Pomegranates: Picked in autumn, from October to November, they keep for several weeks.

- Strawberries: Available in spring, from April to early June, these are the first small fruits to herald the start of the season.
- Raspberries: Harvested in spring and summer, from May to September, they are picked with care to preserve their flavour.
- Organic Blackberries: Available in summer, from July to August.
- OrganicRedcurrants, Organic Blackcurrants, Organic Gooseberries: Harvested in summer, from June to July.
