Passionate young farmers in Volx, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence

Based in L’Aubrihoun since January 2025, we have took over the Rimbaud’s family farm. After studying agronomy at ENSAT (Toulouse) and SupAgro (Montpellier), we chose Haute-Provence to cultivate our vision of a meticulous and ethical approach to farming.
Our farm sits on sunny hillsides, where we passionately cultivate olive groves and fruit orchards, using the methods that have made this land renowned.
To further diversify our production, we have developed a beekeeping operation, with hives located in both L’Aubrihoun and Beauvezer (04). We have also expanded our range of soft fruits by planting three varieties of raspberries, and harvested our first strawberries in spring 2026. Finally, we have planted truffle fields and will be harvesting truffles in the coming years, helped by Truite, our young truffle dog.
On a day-to-day basis, we are supported by Hassouna, who helps us throughout the year, and by Aloys, Marie and Marlène, who joined us during the harvesting seasons of 2025 and 2026. Together, we do our utmost to perpetuate a form of agriculture that is humane, respectful of natural cycles and local traditions.
