We are Hermine and David, a young farming couple who have been based in Volx, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in France, since January 2025, where we carry on the tradition of cultivating olive groves and fruit orchards. On sunny hillsides, we cultivate the fruits of our labour with patience and high standards. Every harvest reflects our commitment and our attachment to this land.
